Following the successful breakthrough of both the service and main tubes of the Zagori tunnel in 2024, Karabit continues in 2025 with blasting works on the section of the route from the Selce interchange to the Zagori tunnel, and in 2026 surface blasting is being carried out on the construction section of the Povile roundabout.

All operations are part of the project for the construction of the Selce – Novi Vinodolski of the future A7 highway, Rupa–Rijeka–Žuta Lokva.

Karabit was contracted by the main contractor Kolektor SPG, as part of the investment by Hrvatske autoceste.
